Jamie is the beekeeper behind Pure Coastal Honey, managing the apiaries and overseeing all aspects of hive care and honey production.
His work focuses on bee health, seasonal management, and producing honey that expresses place rather than uniformity. With a practical, hands-on approach, Jamie is deeply involved in the local beekeeping community, sharing knowledge and supporting other beekeepers through education and collaboration.
For Jamie, beekeeping is both craft and responsibility — caring for pollinators while producing honest, locally sourced food.

Catherine supports Pure Coastal Honey across brand development, operations, and harvest preparation, helping shape the presentation and experience behind each product.
With a background in naturopathy, she brings a strong appreciation for natural living and minimally processed foods, influencing the philosophy that guides the business. Her attention to detail ensures that the care taken in the apiary is reflected in how the honey is shared with customers.
