Our Codrington apiary is set within rural farmland in the Northern Rivers, surrounded by broadacre crops and native bush corridors. With long sunny days and open paddocks, this inland site experiences warm summer conditions and cool, calm winter mornings that support strong, steady colony development. Seasonal tea-tree blooms combine with maize and sunflower crops, while ironbark, bottlebrush, grevillea and paperbark along fence lines and creek systems provide diverse nectar and pollen sources. This rich mix of agricultural and native forage produces a bold, full-flavoured honey that truly reflects the rural landscape of Codrington.
